Stop running jobs off a whiteboard and a group text.

KrewSynk is one place to schedule your crews, track their hours, get change orders signed and find out which jobs actually made money. Built for the trades — a full dashboard in the office, and an app that runs the day from either side of it.

A Tuesday, sorted before 6am

  • Four crews across three GCs, assigned and sent
  • Everyone sees their day on their phone
  • Hours land on the timesheet as they clock in
  • Change order signed on site, PDF emailed out

Sound familiar?

The job is hard enough without the paperwork

The schedule lives in your head

Tomorrow's crews get sent by text at 9pm, changed twice before morning, and nobody's sure which version is real.

Extra work never gets billed

The GC asked for something extra, a foreman said yes, and three weeks later there's nothing in writing to invoice from.

You find out too late

A job's profit shows up when the last invoice clears — long after you could have done anything about it.

What you get

Everything a trade contractor actually runs on

No modules to buy, no add-ons. Every plan includes all of it.

Jobs

Every job in one place with its prints, photos, material specs, punch list and costs. Auto-numbered your way.

Crew scheduling

Assign crews by day, drag to reorder, then send it. A four-week lookahead shows what's confirmed and what isn't.

Time tracking Optional

Crews clock in and out from the app and hours land on the timesheet against the right job, ready for payroll. Or skip clocking in altogether and take the hours off the schedule.

Change orders

Write it on site, get it signed on the screen, and a PDF goes to the customer automatically. Extra work gets billed.

Reports

Job profitability, employee hours, crew utilization and change order totals — while the job is still running.

Works with no signal

The app queues clock-ins, punch items and photos when there's no service, then syncs when the bars come back.

Getting started

Running by the end of the week

Tell us your trade

Pick your trade at signup and your account is set up with templates and calculators that suit the work you do.

Add your crew

Add your people and set what each role can see. Office staff, foremen and crew all get a different view of the same jobs.

Schedule Monday

Build next week, hit send, and your crews open the app to find out where they're going. That's the whole change.

Built for

Your trade, not "construction" in general

Every trade runs differently, and software that averages them all together fits nobody in particular. You tell us what you do when you sign up, and the parts that vary by trade are set up to match.

Spec fields that fit

The material denotations you record on a job are yours to define, so they match how your trade actually describes work.

Templates to start from

Your account is seeded with a starting point rather than a blank page, then you shape it to how you work.

Calculators you'd use

The toolbox carries the arithmetic that happens on a tailgate, picked for the work you do.

Location

A stamp, not a trail Optional

There is no GPS tracking in KrewSynk. Nobody is followed, nobody's movements are logged through the day, and there is no map showing where your people are. What actually happens is much smaller: when someone taps clock in, the app notes where that tap happened and saves it with the time entry. Same again when they tap clock out. Two stamps, hours apart, and nothing whatsoever in between.

It's the same idea as the timestamp already on the entry — one records when, the other records where. The app only asks for location while it's open, so it cannot check on anyone once it's closed.

And even that is optional. Switch time tracking to schedule-based and the hours come off the schedule you already built — nobody checks in anywhere, and no location is recorded at any point.

  • Optional. Turn check-in off and no location is recorded at all
  • Two stamps a shift — the clock in and the clock out, nothing between them
  • No background location, ever. The app is not capable of it
  • No live map, no route history, no "where is everyone right now"
  • Works offline — positioning is satellite-based, so a dead zone still stamps the punch
  • Your crew can read this page too — it's an easier conversation than most

Pricing

Priced per company, not per seat

Every plan includes every feature. You pick a plan based on how many people you have, and adding a helper mid-season doesn't change the bill.

$79/month to start — up to 15 users, billed monthly
